I sent "NYC Peach" my phone about two months ago to be "crystallized" and they still have not returned it and have never called me to tell me it is finished and on its way. They will not answer their phone, nor does their website work.
*Does anyone know if they are still in business??

i dont know what happened but the better business bureau was contacted about them keep checking with them and let them know. also try calling t-mobile and asking them because they supported them. good luck and if you find something out let me know!
