Why would someone call themselves a Peach Bush?

I was driving through Ann Arbor and saw this lady on the street corner with a sign that said something like I%26#039;m a Peach Bush. It didn%26#039;t make any sense. I mean, don%26#039;t peaches grow on trees? This lady looked angry so it was kind of scary.

Why would someone call themselves a Peach Bush?
