A few years ago, I was in Mother%26#039;s Cafe in New Orleans and they had a peach Bread Pudding that was out of this world. It had both the consistency of a creamy pudding and the consistency of bread pudding and big chunks of peaches in it. Does anyone know the recipe for this delicious dessert?

INGREDIENTS:
4 cups torn French bread
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
3 large eggs
2 to 2 1/2 cups diced canned peaches, juice reserved
1/2 cup peach juice
1 1/4 cup hot water
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 325°. Butter an 11x7-inch baking dish.
Tear bread into a bowl.
In a large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and eggs; blend well. Add diced peaches, peach juice, hot water, melted butter, cinnamon, and vanilla.
Cool slightly and serve warm with ice cream, whipped topping, or dessert sauce. Cover and refrigerate leftovers.

3 c. bread cubes
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 can peach pie filling
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spread bread in greased 9 inch square pan. Beat together eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla. Stir in 1 cup peach filling. Pour over bread cubes. press custard into bread. Bake 30 to 40 minutes until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Heat remaining peach filling and spoon over pudding

Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar
1-1/2 tsp vanilla
2-3 ripe peaches, sliced
5-6 cups day old bread, white
1 Tbsp butter, cut up small
Instructions:
Spray 8x13 inch pan with Pam cooking spray. Break up bread into pan, tuck peach slices in between bread. Pour egg mixture over all, dot with pieces of butter. Bake at 325 degrees for about 55 minutes.
*Can be assembled night before and put in refrigerator. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before baking.

Ingredients:
1 can condensed milk
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 1/2 cup baking mix
1 teaspoon vanilla
15 ounces can peaches
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F.
Melt butter, set aside. Drain peaches; reserve juice. Grease a 13x9x2 pan, place drained peaches in pan. Pour can of condensed milk over peaches.
Combine baking mix, cinnamon, vanilla, milk and saved juice in a bowl. Pour over peaches and condensed milk. Add melted margarine. Stir only three times.
Bake 15 minutes and score, continue baking for a total of 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
