I need great!!!!!!!!!!! Peach cobbler recipes with a unique ingredient that will be the talk of the holiday?
Easy Peach Cobbler

2 cups flour

1 tsp. cinnamon

4 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. vanilla

2 cups sugar

pinch of salt

2 cups milk

1 lb. can of peaches (any fruit can be used)

1 stick of butter, 4 oz.

Mix all dry ingredients well. Then add milk and vanilla. Mix well. Boil and sweeten fruit to taste. In a 12 inch deep Dutch oven, melt 1 stick of butter.

Pour the batter in first then add fruit.

Cover and cook with coals on top and bottom. Or cook in a deep casserole in oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Reply:There doesn%26#039;t seem to be a %26quot;unique%26quot; ingredient in this recipe, but it looks lovely and yummy in the picture...

%26quot;Peach Cobbler%26quot; - 6 servings

4 cups thinly sliced, peeled peaches

1/2 cup sugar

1 tbsp. cornstarch

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 tbsp. sugar

1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 cup butter or margarine

1/3 cup milk or light cream

1 egg; beaten

1) In 10x6%26quot; baking dish, combine peaches, 1/2 cup sugar and cornstarch. Let stand while preparing cobbler batter.

2) Preheat oven to 350*. In medium bowl, combine flour, 2 tbsp. sugar, baking powder and salt. With pastry blender or 2 knives used scissor-fashion, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in milk and egg to form a soft dough. Drop dough in 6 equal portions atop peaches.

3) Bake 40 minutes or until topping is golden. Serve warm or cold.
Reply:I don%26#039;t think you could really call this a cobbler, but it is a peach dessert that I take to many family gatherings and potlucks. It is often requested, is easy, and yummy. Everyone loves it and I never take home leftovers. You can serve it with ice cream or whipped cream if you like.

Fabulous Crock Pot Peach Dessert

Lightly grease the crock pot. Place 2 - 1 pound bags of frozen sliced peaches in the crock pot. Sprinkle on 2 TBS of cornstarch, toss to coat peaches. Drizzle on 1 tsp vanilla. Sprinkle on 1/2 cup brown sugar,1/2-1 tsp cinnamon, and 1 box of dry white cake mix. Drizzle 1/2 cup of melted butter over the top. Cover and cook on high for 3 - 3 1/2 hours.
Reply:Well, I know I seen a really good one, but memory has escaped me right now. Below is 46, try to experiment. The one I was looking for called for fresh peaches - soaked overnight in Peach Brandy (do NOT drain) and replace the Vanilla extract with Almond. Look thru these and maybe you can come up with something similar. I will keep trying to find it.
