Homemade Fresh Peach Cobbler?

Homemade Fresh Peach Cobbler?
I hate that I don%26#039;t have a recipe for you......but that sounds so delicious!!!!!

I%26#039;ve got an easy homemade vanilla ice cream recipe that we used since I was a kid that would be great on top of peach cobbler. You take 6 cans of Cream Soda and 2 cans of Sweetened Condensed Milk and put in Ice Cream Freezer. It%26#039;s really good and a great consistency.
Reply:PEACH COBBLER

1 package of pre-rolled pie crust

1 1/2 cans of sliced Freestone peaches

cinnamon-just a little

sugar

butter

nutmeg (pinch)

This is one easy peach cobbler that can be made with a store-bought crust and canned peaches.

Preheat oven to 350. Move the bottom crust into an 8 in square pan, pinch and shape into place. Put in peaches and juice from 1 can (more if you like), add pats of butter, sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon, and just a pinch of nutmeg.

Top with a prepared purchased top crust, pinch and shape over bottom crust to seal. Cut slits and sprinkle lightly with sugar if desired.

Put in 350 oven and bake until brown and bubbly top and bottom.
Reply:Take a 13x9 pan, place you peaches in, at sugar to taste, a little flour. Put the entire pan on the stove, cook until peaches are soft and the juice is thick. Remove, make biscuits from Bisquick mix, drop on top, Bake 350 until biscuits are nice and brown. Easy and pretty good. Serve with ice cream or half %26amp; half.

Ingredients

Cobbler filling:

4 cups Peeled and sliced fresh peaches (blanch in boiling water for 30 seconds to remove the skins)

3/4 cup Brown sugar

1 teaspoon Cinnamon

1 teaspoon Vanilla

1 tablespoon Flour

Cobbler crust:

1 cup Flour

1 teaspoon Baking powder

1/2 teaspoon Baking soda

3 tablespoons Brown sugar

4 tablespoons Unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

2/3 cup Buttermilk

Preparation:

Generously butter a 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish. Place the sliced peaches in the dish and sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and flour. Mix gently and spread evenly again. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile combine all dry ingredients for cobbler crust in a bowl. Cut in the butter with a pastry cutter or your fingers, to make the texture like coarse crumbs. Add buttermilk and stir to form a soft dough. Remove fruit from oven and drop rounded spoonfuls of dough on top. Sprinkle with last tablespoon of brown sugar and return to oven. Bake until fruit is bubbly and crust topping is golden brown, about 20 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.

Reply:I would make peach preserves and store in an airtight jar When I wish to have a dessert I would bake pies and tarts with it or use it over ice cream and any other thing that I could spoon this wonderful prepared peach preserves over.
