Reply:I'd say it's about 40-90 calories, but seriously, unless your an anorexic (in which case I'm not going to pressure you, but you do need to think about what your doing to yourself) if it's something like a peach, those calories are so minimal and since it has so much nutrition, it really doesn't matter to your diet. I'm not telling you to go out and gorge on peaches, but I think you get the point. Hope I helped.

Reply:i would say around 50 calores, but that isnt as much importance as when you eat that peach. the sugar in fruit(fuctose) is great for energy and burns quickly. eat that peach(fruits) in the morning so u burn those sugars before u go to bed and store them(fat).
