We are having a BBQ tomorrow and I want to make Peach Cobbler from scratch. Can it be prepared ahead so I am not making it while I have people here. I still want it to be warm when served but I don%26#039;t want to be putting it together and not enjoying my friends and family because I am cooking.

Sure it can. I make blackberry cobbler and throw the leftovers in the refrigerator. Though you might want to throw it in the oven to crisp up the top because the microwave won%26#039;t crisp it.
Reply:The best would be made just before you will eat it. However, I have had some made before it is just soggy
