Help! My baby peach tree leaves are wilting, some are yellow ...?

This tree was started from a peach seed, is about 5 years old, 10 feet tall, and was doing great until we had a gazillion inches of rain for three weeks. Do you know what I can do to get the tree healthy again? Thank you.

Your tree had TOO much water (which you already know!!). That is what causes yellow, wilting, falling leaves.

Obviously, your tree needs to dry out. But don't let it get TOO dry.

One of the reasons that peach trees (and other fruit trees) are GRAFTED onto special rootstock is to get the most hardy roots possible. You will NOT have this advantage since you grew your tree from a seed.

Good Luck!!
